1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided through pak98.ws (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", or "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pak98 ("we", "us", or "our"). If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform and close any account you may have registered.

Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to pak98 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. pak98 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age — including a copy of your Pakistani CNIC — at any point during your use of the Platform. Accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed will be suspended pending resolution.

2.2 Jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of pak98 complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. pak98 makes no representation that the services offered through the Platform are lawful or available in your specific location. If accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is restricted or prohibited, you do so entirely at your own risk.

2.3 One Account Per User

Each individual user is permitted to hold only one registered account on pak98 at any time. The registration of duplicate, supplementary, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. pak98 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and any balances forfeited, at pak98's sole discretion.

2.4 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and keep such information updated. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a functional email address, and your date of birth. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your pak98 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. pak98 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

If you have reason to believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify pak98 immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. pak98 may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend your account pending a security review.

All activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. pak98 is not obligated to investigate the source of any transaction placed through your account where your credentials were used to authenticate the session.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Balances

4.1 Currency

All pak98 account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made through supported payment channels — including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT — are credited to your account in PKR at the applicable rate at the time of the transaction. No conversion fees are applied to PKR-denominated deposits.

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per calendar day. These limits are displayed in the cashier section of your pak98 account and may be adjusted from time to time. pak98 reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits in accordance with responsible gaming obligations or regulatory requirements.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods previously used to fund your account, or to verified account-holder payment details. Before processing your first withdrawal, pak98 requires completion of identity verification, which may include submission of CNIC documentation, proof of address, and source-of-funds declarations where applicable. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are stated in the cashier section.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pak98 reserves the right to apply an administration fee to dormant account balances as stated in the cashier section at the relevant time. Users will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied, provided that a valid email address is associated with the account.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits offered by pak98 are subject to wagering requirements, validity periods, and game restrictions, which are stated in the specific promotion terms applicable to each offer. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. pak98 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

pak98 maintains zero tolerance for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses or other one-time offers; using bonus funds to place low-risk or hedged wagers designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotion structures. Where bonus abuse is detected, pak98 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close the relevant account or accounts without notice.

5.3 Verification Before Withdrawal of Bonus Winnings

Winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after identity verification has been completed to pak98's satisfaction. Incomplete verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending completion of the required documentation.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All casino games available on pak98 — including slots, live casino tables, and speciality games such as Deuces Wild and W Live — utilise certified random number generation (RNG) technology that has been independently tested for fairness. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel.

Sports betting markets and odds on pak98 are set by pak98's trading team and are subject to change before an event commences. In-play odds are updated in real time and are final once a bet is confirmed. Settlement of all markets follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a result being overturned or amended after initial settlement, pak98 reserves the right to re-settle markets accordingly.

Any malfunction of gaming software voids all affected bets and pays. pak98 is not liable for losses resulting from hardware, software, or connectivity failures on the user's end. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, the records held by pak98's server logs shall be the definitive reference for settlement purposes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pak98 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or terrorist financing;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of account registration or verification;
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with markets offered on pak98;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or unintended display of odds to gain an unfair advantage;
• Facilitating underage gambling or providing your account access to any person under the age of 21;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward pak98 staff or other platform users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pak98 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data compilations, and the pak98 brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of pak98 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, transmit, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any pak98 content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of pak98 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak98 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if pak98 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pak98's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pak98 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pak98's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Responsible Gaming

pak98 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players. You may, at any time, access your account settings to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits; activate session duration reminders; or request a temporary cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once in effect, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

11. Suspension and Termination

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method, subject to completion of identity verification requirements.

You may close your pak98 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within five business days. You remain responsible for any activity on your account until closure is confirmed in writing by pak98.

12. Amendments to These Terms

pak98 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, pak98 will endeavour to provide advance notice via email to the address registered to your account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of any amendment will be updated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above. pak98 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to review updated Terms prior to continued Platform use.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Internal Dispute Process

Any dispute, complaint, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of pak98 should in the first instance be submitted to pak98's customer support team at [email protected]. pak98 will acknowledge your submission within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 business days of receipt of all relevant information.

13.2 Regulatory Escalation

If a dispute cannot be resolved through pak98's internal process to your reasonable satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to the regulatory authority under whose licence pak98 operates. Details of the applicable licensing authority and escalation procedure are available on request from pak98 support.

13.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak98 holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer in your jurisdiction of residence.
